Something Personal

My wife Katie and I recently made a big change.
We sold our house in the UK and moved to France for six months, starting a new adventure in December 2025.

France is the home of fresh, homemade bread, so I’m very much in my element here. Thankfully, it hasn’t slowed down my love for baking.

Starting this channel was always a dream of mine, so seeing it grow and knowing it’s helping so many people bake better sourdough has been truly wonderful.

Out of curiosity — where in the world are you baking from?

Have a great Sunday and happy baking.

Russ
